Verify before you trust.
Always reagent-test. Always read the batch report. Always cross-reference with the Doc thread before consuming. Trust is earned by both vendor and member — never assumed.

Refer the worthy. Vouch for nobody else.
Your referral code is your reputation. Bring in real ones, and your rank climbs. Bring in tourists or cops and you're out — and so is everyone you brought.

OPSEC is everyone's job.
Use a unique PGP key. Rotate quarterly. Never use the same handle here that you use anywhere else. Cipher comms only. The chain breaks at the weakest link — don't be it.

Respect the operators.
Drops happen on schedule. Stock is finite. Delivery takes time. Pestering, threats, or panic in chat will see you demoted. We move with patience or we don't move at all.

This is a closed shop. Members do not solicit private deals through chat or DM. Members do not promote competing platforms. Talk shop, don't try to run one.

Harm reduction over ego.
If a brother is going hard, you say something. Reagent kits live in #safe-talk. Naloxone protocols are pinned. Ego doesn't save lives — care does.

When the family calls — answer.
Heists, drops, votes, polls. Show up. Voice your piece. The membership is participatory or it's nothing. You don't have to lead — but you do have to be present.
Article XI · Enforcement
Violations are final.
There is no appeals committee. There is no second strike. Confirmed breaches result in immediate account termination, removal of all referrals brought by the offender, and forfeiture of any reputation or perks earned. The roster trims itself for everyone’s safety.
